Cancellations/Changes:
If you have just placed an order and need to cancel or
change the order, please immediately email
annarogo@msn.com. We do not keep your credit card
number on file so please be prepared to place another order
on-line
once she confirms your request. We cannot guarantee
cancellations or changes if the order has already been
processed. Please see our

For your security we do not take orders over the
phone. Please know that anyone you provide your credit card information to can
possibly abuse it. Also, once input into their computer it is accessible to
anyone who uses that computer. Unless you call Flint River Ranch directly, I do
not advise you EVER place orders over the phone. For these reasons we have made
sure that our website is as safe a shopping experience as there is available. We
use encryption which means we cannot see your credit card information ever. Our
site is PCI compliant as is required by all of the major credit card companies.
If you would like to fax us your order, please fill
out our auto-ship form and fax it to the number located on that form. We will
use Flint River Ranch's secure system to then place your order. That form will
then be shredded at the end of the order process.

Answers to frequently asked questions
Items Often Ship Separately - Flint River Ranch ships items from many
warehouses across the country. Please do not be alarmed if your entire order did
not arrive in the same shipment. If, however, all products do not arrive within
3 to 5 business days after the initial shipment, please email us.
Where's my order? - If it has been less then 5 business days, do not
be alarmed. However, if after 7 business days your order has not arrived, please
give us a call or send an email. Please remember Flint River Ranch does not
deliver on weekends and Holidays. If you order on or near a weekend, chances are
your order will not ship until the next Monday, unless Monday is a Holiday, and
then it will ship on Tuesday. In most cases, when the weather is great and you
placed your order early in the day and early in the week, your order will arrive
within 2 to 3 business days.
Where's my order part 2? Did you receive a confirmation? - Sometimes
customers forget to "SUBMIT" their orders. Please check your shopping cart
before you call. If you did not receive a confirmation chances are your order
did not go through.
Where's my order part 3? Did you order a discounted item? - Please
check your email "Junk" folder and credit card statement. If Flint River Ranch
determined you were already an established customer, then your credit card was
refunded and your order was cancelled. We send emails asap to this effect with
information on re-ordering but many times these go to junk folders so please
check there.
I can't Log-In - Don't worry about it. Please place your order without
logging in as we have made this feature optional so as not to hold up your
ordering ability.
When is my next Auto-Ship or Please change or cancel my auto-ship -
Please call Flint River Ranch directly at 800-354-6858. Leave a message if
necessary or after hours and they will make the changes you need. Always ask for
an email confirmation.
